Having become more-or-less converted to on-ear and over-ear headphone since first buying knockoff Beats a few years ago, I was dismayed when my latest £5 pair broke. I was determined that I wouldn't go back to in-ears for regular use apart from commuting.

The various reduced options at TK Maxx were, pretty unsurprisingly, shit. A radical idea then dawned: could I spend actual money on headphones? I could, and I did. ... /#overview

£75 is a lot for headphones, of course, but the sound quality is really impressive. Bass is powerful but, unlike Beats, treble is not smothered by it. Comfortable to wear. The advantage of over-ear is also that background noise is cut down noticeably, and your colleagues also can't hear that you've been listening to the DDR Pikachu remix on loop for the past several hours. I think they're pretty easy to fold and carry about; the cable can be a bit annoying but you get over it. The case supplied does the job.

True, but we sadly don't have a "Furious Masturbation" forum.

Brainwave: we should have a "Furious Masturbation" forum.

Jose Mourinho wrote:The style of how we play is very important. But it is omelettes and eggs. No eggs - no omelettes! It depends on the quality of the eggs. In the supermarket you have class one, two or class three eggs and some are more expensive than others and some give you better omelettes. So when the class one eggs are in Waitrose and you cannot go there, you have a problem.
